Mayra Aguirre, the property manager, is always great when I come in the office. She goes above and beyond to help me and... take care of any issue I speak to her on. I am sure her job is not easy as she practically has to baby sit everyone that lives here but she handles herself with grace and is always respectful. It’s not too far from my university... and it’s reasonably priced for college students like myself. Everyone here is amazing. The workers all work hard and I never have any problems with attitudes or complaining. Maintenance workers are great. Usually Chris comes to my apartment but the others do a fine job as well. The managers are sweet as can be. When we moved in here the old assistant manager was welcoming and wonderful. There’s been managers come and go, but they’ve all made my experience wonderful. The apartments are nice inside and it’s not too noisy here. Definitely recommend!Read More about

Great maintenance and office support
I've opened a number of maintenance requests. The current maintenance crew does a great job. Why?
1. I'm contacted... within a day for general mantinance requests, sooner for escalated/Emergency requests.
2. The repairs performed are done well and last. They will subcontract to do the job if needed.
3. They provide effective updates on open maintenance requests.
I appreciate the office staff and maintenance crew for their hard work.

Posted On: 12/1/2020This is my worst living experience in any apartment complex. The apartment is full of cockroaches and the appliances are... so old. The maintenance quality is absolutely abysmal. You have to call several times and put your requests multiple time so they can show up after 1 week. Do yourself a favor and look for another apartment. Update: The property manager and central office have tried to reach out and resolve the aforementioned issues since I posted this review. Appliances have been replaced with brand new ones and we have had pest control for the past month. We noticed improvement in our overall experience.Read More about
