I have been living here at Creekside Apartments for several years, this past spring I renewed my lease for the 3rd time... and honestly it is because of Samantha and Ashley. They have always gone beyond and then some to answer any questions or help me get any maintenance issues taken care of as quickly as possible. Posted On: 8/29/2023To say move in was stressful would be a severe understatement - had me bawling the first night in. Quick decisions down to... the wire were the least of my problems. However, both Ashley and Samantha, with their full hearts, are the most helpful and reassuring people I could have hoped for in this situation. They went beyond what I expected (and previously experienced at other properties) to make sure i was taken care of. Ashley practically having a pager with the amount of times I called when applying and staying late past closing because I can’t read; Samantha providing the most pleasant and personable tour I have been on and being a true advocate on my behalf. Posted On: 6/2/2023I've lived here for 9 years and this is by far the best apartment complex I've ever lived in as far as maintenance. The staff... is incredibly helpful and kind. They enforce the community guidelines here. They don't tolerate loud noise, junk cars, public drinking, junk on the patio, etc. I've had to call the office several times on various neighbors over the years for noise issues and they are always on it right away. The only complaints I have are the narrow parking spaces, the wall color and carpet type. All very minor IMO all things considered. Never seen any bugs here either. I have lived here for over 4 years. I felt from the heart that I owe these guys a review. I have truly enjoyed my stay here.... I love the location, which has easy access to a lot of shopping/dining things. Apartment is cozy and spacious enough and I love the big balconies. The community is quiet and roomy. These days apartment searching is tough. Unfortunately, with other complexes I experienced misinformation, lack of accurate availability (despite website advertising), as well as minimal follow up and responsiveness. None of which was the case in my experience with Creekside Village. I am thrilled about my apartment. The complex is clean, well kept and quiet, offering a pleasant staff that is very much engaged with us, as tenants.
