It’s been so long since I received proper help when trying to buy an apartment, but luckily I got it here ! I also, love the apartment scenery here. staff and setting, I recommend 10/10.

Ms. Evon, the ladies of the leasing staff, and the office management are absolutely awesome! The level of customer service, professionalism and communication is world class. These days apartment searching is tough. Unfortunately, with other complexes I experienced misinformation, lack of accurate availability (despite website advertising), as well as minimal follow up and responsiveness. None of which was the case in my experience with Creekside Village. I am thrilled about my apartment. The complex is clean, well kept and quiet, offering a pleasant staff that is very much engaged with us, as tenants. I would highly recommend Ms. Evon and the ladies of Creekside Village Apartments for your next apartment to call home.

I’ve been living here with my roommate Brenda for a couple years now. We both love this place! It’s not too far from my university and it’s reasonably priced for college students like myself. Everyone here is amazing. The workers all work hard and I never have any problems with attitudes or complaining. Maintenance workers are great. Usually Chris comes to my apartment but the others do a fine job as well. The managers are sweet as can be. When we moved in here the old assistant manager was welcoming and wonderful. There’s been managers come and go, but they’ve all made my experience wonderful. The apartments are nice inside and it’s not too noisy here. Definitely recommend!

This is my worst living experience in any apartment complex. The apartment is full of cockroaches and the appliances are so old. The maintenance quality is absolutely abysmal. You have to call several times and put your requests multiple time so they can show up after 1 week. Do yourself a favor and look for another apartment. Update: The property manager and central office have tried to reach out and resolve the aforementioned issues since I posted this review. Appliances have been replaced with brand new ones and we have had pest control for the past month. We noticed improvement in our overall experience.
